When I sat down with my team last week, I realized how much my own relationship with AI has evolved over the past year.
Like many leaders, I started with a mix of curiosity and skepticism. Can AI really help me work smarter and create more value for our clients?
Since then, I've experimented with countless tools, tested new workflows, and even invested in coaching to better understand how to use AI effectively in my business and daily work. Some of those experiments were incredibly successful. Others didn't quite deliver on the promise.
But that's been the lesson. The leaders seeing the greatest benefits from AI aren't waiting for the perfect solution, they are actively learning.

Most of all, I am endlessly grateful for my family - for their love, accomplishments, resilience, and the joy they bring to my life.
