April snuck up on me! I'm writing this from an airport gate, somewhere between visiting my son in Utah and making it back home after celebrating one of my oldest friend's son getting married in CA. Life has certainly been full lately.
Managing from afar, staying connected, keeping things moving all while trusting the team has honestly made me reflect on my own leadership strategies.
Leading teams isn't just something we support our clients with, it's something we experience first hand.
