One of the things I value most in business is the multiplier effect: what happens when the right people come together, share ideas openly, and build relationships that extend far beyond a single conversation.
That’s exactly why I was so glad to attend ACG Northeast Dealmaking at the Mountain. It’s one of ACG’s most iconic annual gatherings, bringing together middle-market professionals from across the Northeast for two meaningful days at Stowe Mountain Resort in Vermont for connection, collaboration, and shared perspective.
Events like this remind me that growth doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens in rooms (and sometimes on mountains) where people are willing to listen, learn, and invest in one another. That’s where the real multiplier effect begins.
